Waimea Valley Audubon Center is no longer included with the Go Oahu Card.
Waimea Valley Audubon Center, located on the north shore of Oahu provides a unique
experience where residents and visitors can immerse themselves in Hawaiian
natural and cultural history. The center is a leader in native flora collections
and offers insights into Hawaiian ecosystems and pre contact history. A self
guided experience–visitors to the valley are invited to explore the many
botanical, cultural and historical resources distinctive to Hawaii.

Hours: Daily, 9:30 am–5:00 pm
Closed: Christmas Day, New Year’s Day; Closes at 3:00 pm on Thanksgiving

The Bus: From Kuhio Avenue, Saratoga Road or Kalia Road heading away
from Diamond Head, board #8, #19, #20, #42 or #58 to the Ala Moana
Shopping Center. Transfer to #52 Wahiawa-Circle Isle and ride to the
entrance of Waimea Valley Audubon Center on Kamehameha Hwy. The bay
is across the street.
By car: Take H-1 West to H-2 North. Take the Wahiawa exit. Merge onto S. Kamehameha Highway which becomes Route 83. Take a right onto Waimea Valley Audubon Center at Waimea Bay.
