across North America. We want you to feel secure when browsing our
site and doing business with us online. The following privacy and security policies
outline the ways in which we are committed to protecting your personal
information and the ways in which you can control how we communicate
with you.
Privacy
Information that we collect
Smart Destinations Inc. only collects personal information that you
voluntarily provide to us. This includes any information that can
be used to identify you individually, such as name, address, phone
number, e-mail address, or credit/debit card number. We also collect
aggregate data about visitors to our site via cookies, but this data
cannot be used to identify any visitor individually.
No personal information is required to access any area of the site
unless you are purchasing a Go Visitor Card on any of the Smart Destinations
owned websites.
How we use your Personal information (PII)
We only use your personal information to complete the transactions
you have intentionally initiated. We use this information to confirm
your order and to respond to any questions you may have. Where required,
we also share this information with certain intermediaries (UPS and
other shippers) strictly to process and ship your order. We
NEVER sell or rent your personal information to any third party for
marketing, commercial, or any other purpose that is not essential
to complete these transactions.
If you make a purchase at our site, we may notify
you of recent product updates or additional services that will enhance
your Go Visitor Card experience. We also include you in our list to receive email
updates about special offers, new products and services, other relevant
information, and to allow you to provide feedback on how we can continue
to improve our products. If for any reason you do not wish
to receive this information or do not wish for us to provide information
as described in this Privacy Policy, please reply to any of our emails
and type "unsubscribe" in the subject line or send an e-mail
to our customer service email to opt-out. You may opt-out of receiving
future mailings at any time.
There are several 'e-mail to a friend' features on our site that allow
you to easily share product or other valuable information with your
friends. Any e-mails provided to us in the use of these features are
used solely for direction of the e-mail communication. These e-mails
are not retained in our database nor are they used for any other communication
other than for the purpose they are originally solicited for.
Anonymous Information
We share aggregate demographic data about visitors to our site. For
example, we may tell a business partner how many visitors reached
Smart Destinations Inc. via a link on their Web site. Under no circumstances
are online business partners given information that could be used
to identify those individuals.
We will never share or use your personal information in ways not described
above without first providing you with the opportunity to opt-out of
these uses.
Additionally, we have carefully selected affiliates to apply third-party advertising technology to serve ads when you visit our site and sites where we advertise. This advertising technology uses information about your visits to our site and the sites where we advertise (excluding your name, address or other personal information) to serve our ads to you. In the course of serving our advertisements to you, a unique cookie may be placed or recognized on your browser. In addition, these affiliates use "web beacons", which are small strings of code delivered by a transparent graphic image on a web page for purposes of transferring data, to help manage our online advertising. These web beacons enable our ad server to recognize a browser's cookie when a browser visits this site and to learn which banner ads bring users to our site. The information we collect and share through this technology is NOT personally identifiable.

Cookies are small data files generated by our web server and placed
on your computer. We use cookies to track what pages you have viewed
so that we can learn how to make our site as efficient as possible.
We also use cookies to collect aggregate data for our attraction
partners. These cookies cannot be used to identify any visitor individually.
Security
How we Ensure that your Transactions are Secure
We use SSL technology to make it virtually impossible for a third party
to intercept any information you send to us. SSL stands for Secure
Sockets Layer, a security protocol developed by Netscape for managing
the security of online message transmission. SSL encrypts or scrambles
any information sent from your browser to the server you are connected
to.
Our Certification Authority (CA) is Thawte. CAs
are independent bodies that are authorized to issue and sign digital
certificates, which validate a server’s security. Thawte, launched
in 1995, is one of the first companies to provide this service and
has built a reputation of unrivalled trust over the years. While

Online purchases are statistically safer than using your credit card
at a restaurant or department store. We believe online purchases are
far safer than traditional credit card transactions because the information
is immediately encrypted into a scrambled message that can only be
decrypted by an authorized computer.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable
for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold
you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability
for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if
the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault
of your own from purchases made at our site while using the secure
server.
In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify
your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and
procedures.
Other information you should know
Smart Destinations Inc. strives to do business with partners whose
commitment to customer service, quality, and privacy is as strong
as ours is. However, we suggest that you review the privacy policies
of any external sites you may visit as they may differ from ours.
Any comments that you submit to us becomes
the property of Smart Destinations Inc.

the personal data of any person who poses a threat to our interests
(such as customer fraud) or whose activities could bring harm to others.
If you are uncomfortable with making a secure shopping
cart purchase but would like to purchase our products, please call

Smart Destinations does not knowingly collect PII from people under
the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor is attempting to submit
such information, we will inform the minor that he or she is not eligible
to do so. We will then delete any such information from our records.
Changes to this policy.
Smart Destinations, Inc. reserves the right to change this policy
at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your
continued use of our site following the posting of changes to these
terms will mean you accept those changes. Information collected prior
to the time any change is posted will be used according to the rules
and laws that applied at the time the information was collected.
Governing law.
This policy and the use of this Site are governed by Massachusetts
law. Any claim related to the Site or this policy shall be brought
in a federal or state court in Boston, Massachusetts, within one
year after the claim arises. You agree no such claim may be brought
as a class action. Visitors of Smart Destinations product websites
consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such court as the most convenient
and appropriate for the resolution of disputes concerning this policy.
Smart Destinations and product websites are controlled, operated
and administered entirely within the United States. If you are located
outside the United States, please note the information you provide
to us will be transferred to the United States. You hereby consent
to this transfer.
